Copy and paste not working Since an "update" was pushed through yesterday, I'm no longer able to copy and paste, either within a Word document or an Outlook email or between documents or emails. HIghlighting text that I want to copy with ctrl-c then trying to paste with crtl-v does nothing. How do I get it back? It's vital to the work I do.
Mic not working properly in Windows Life Chat lx-3000 head phones I just bought Window Life Chat lx-3000 headphones. I plug in the usb and it prompts me to choose my device, but will not let me choose which one it actually is. The mic only works sometimes and the headphones not at all. I have windows 8.

Until a few weeks ago I had no problem popping in mail from another outlook 365 account into my Outlook 2013, and suddenly with no changes it stopped working. Outgoing (smtp) still works, not pop.
I know this a nitpicky thing, but I was wondering if others have experienced CTRL+H not working as it should. Typically CTRL+F brings up the find window and CTRL+H brings up the find & replace window. Currently both shortcuts are bringing up the find window. I know I can use CTRL+PGDN or ALT+P to get to the replace window, but when keystrokes are everything, that's annoying.
