My wife says she is sorry and understands why I'm upset, but thinks I'm making a bigger deal out of it than need be. I trust my wife, and believe her that it was innocent, but in my mind, it is still wrong for a married woman to spend the night in another man's hotel room, innocent or not.

My wife began an affair beginning in May of 2006 with a co-worker. I found out about it a couple of weeks later and confronted her. She said that she would stop seeing the guy, yet within a few weeks apparently continued the affair. I confronted her a couple of other times in the ensuing months, but she kept denying the affair.
