The Scag & Hustler (VX4) will be best at cutting overgrown grasses & wet cutting conditions. The Exmark will probably lay down the "best" cut quality, when conditions are just-right. I can't speak to the Ferris, but I imagine it's somewhere in between. All of them will be beyond reliable machines for you.
